We are currently seeking recruitment for the following roles:

Appointment Setter - Head office based - Glasgow

You will be responsible for making appointments for direct sales consultants across the U.K. and managing their diaries.  The role involves making outbound calls from an existing database of clients and qualified leads provided from external data providers. Experience in appointment setting is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be expected to work as part of a team to achieve both individual and team targets. Working hours are 10am to 6pm Monday-Friday.

Funeral Planning Consultant

£17,300 plus car allowance + commission

Golden Charter is increasing its Funeral Planning Sales Team.  It is an exciting time for Golden Charter as it is the fastest growing company within the industry.  The Funeral Planning Consultant (FPC) will be the main contact between  the customer and our administration teams from the initial meeting through to closing the sale.  Although funeral plans are not an FSA regulated product, the sales process follows best practice and ethical guidelines. 

What you will have:

• An ability to meet and exceed set targets
• Evidence of previous appointment setting using data
• Excellent customer service experience to ensure that our customers are genuinely satisfied with the products and services.
• Previous experience  in a similar role with a proven track record is desirable
• Flexibility in relation to travel
• Ability to demonstrate integrity when selling products.
